Rates

Tuition is determined based on scheduling needs of each family. Please call to ensure proper pricing. We have a 1 full day or 2 half days per week minimum for all ages for the consistency of the children. Our rates include:

Scheduling flexibility/ varied schedules accepted - $5.00 varied schedule fee weekly
Healthy home cooked type meals & snacks
Curriculum & materials
Safety - secure locked facility, closed circuit camera system, AED on premises, locked playground gates outdoors, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system
Additional health measures - sinks in all classrooms to promote handwashing, UV filtration lighting in AC system to kill viruses (similar to hospitals), allergy tracking & training, securely stored medications
Online access to your child's day via app, which includes messaging capabilities with the center
Highly educated professionals caring for your child

Payment information

Payments are due on Friday for the following week of care. Payments not made by Monday morning when we open will be assessed a late fee. We have a NO PAY NO PLAY policy. If you are struggling with making a payment, speak with the Director to make payment arrangements BEFORE a payment is made late and you are refused care.

Payments can be made by check or cash in our payment box in our lobby, automatic debits, credit card at our computer terminal, online through MyProcare, or paid by daycare assistance if eligible.

All accounts must be secured by a credit card.

Your MyWIChildCare EBT card can only be used to make payments to your authorized provider. You are encouraged to use the entire subsidy amount to pay the provider even when the subsidy amount is above the childcare bill. Your card is loaded with monies at the beginning of the month for the entire month. After making your daycare assistance payment, the provider can determine if you have a copay and what it will be.

There are two (2) ways you can pay your childcare provider:

Online - You may visit the FIS website at ebtedge.com to log into your account and make payment online.
Telephone - You may call the FIS customer service line (1.877.201.7601) and pay over the phone. It is important to have your card number with you before making the call.

Payments are due weekly on Fridays for the following week of care. If you are paid on a different cycle than this, we recommend paying ahead of time on your pay date to cover any tuition that will be due until your next pay date. We can prebill monthly or bi-weekly if you choose as well. Late payment fees will be applied on Mondays for any past due balance.

Life happens. Things come up. We understand. Communicate with us to come up with a payment arrangement BEFORE payments are late. We have a NO PAY NO PLAY policy. If you do not communicate with us and your payment is late, you will be billed a late fee, and your child will not be able to attend until the bill is paid in full.

What if I don't want to pay for a day due to absence?

Our center gives families vacation days based on the time of year you enroll, and the number of days enrolled. These can be used by the family to cover an absence for any reason; illness, vacation, parents' day off, holiday/center closure, etc. It is up to the parent on how to use them. These expire December 31st of every year. January of every year vacation days are renewed for every family. There is no cash value; they can only be credited to the account for actual absences. These cannot be used during a 2 week termination notice. Families can email or message in the app that they would like a vacation day applied. Vacation day requests must be submitted within 2 weeks of the absence.

Our center has a minimum of 1 full day per week or 2 half days per week for all ages to provide consistency for the children. So, whether you need 5 full days or 1 full day a week, we've got you covered!

A half day is 5 hours or less

A full day is 5 to 11 hours

What if my schedule changes?

What if I don't need childcare this week or if I need care every other week?

Parents on a set schedule can change their schedule 3 times in a year before needing to switch to a varied schedule.

Parents on a varied schedule need to place completed schedule change form in payment box or email schedule changes to the center 2 weeks before schedule change is to take place.

Ex. Change is needed for week of Monday the 15th, changes need to be turned in by Friday the 29th by 5pm. We cannot guarantee we will have availabilities for schedule changes turned in after this time. Varied schedules are first come first served. There is a $5.00 per week fee per family for varied schedule children.

What if I don't need childcare this week or if I need care every other week?

Parents have the option of using vacation day to cover the absence if you do not need care. If you need care every other week, you will still be billed for the 1 day per week minimum whether or not your child attends.
